Air Transat is a Canadian airline which is also the third-largest airline which operates scheduled and charter flights. The airline is owned by Transat A.T. Inc and has a fleet size of 39 covering 63 destinations in 25 countries. Air Transat was founded by François Legault along with business partners Jean-Marc Eustache, Philippe Sureau, Lina de Cesare, Yvon Lecavalier and Pierre Ménard. Travel Class
Air Transat provides three classes of travel:
Business Class: Air Transat's Business class offers a Club Class service which comes with priority services at the airport, check-in and baggage handling. Guest can enjoy the gourmet Chef’s Menu, by Daniel Vézina along with a selection of quality wines.
Economy Class: Air Transat's Economy class comes with a four-way headrest and is equipped with personal touch screens. The economy class also offers an upgrade to Option Plus, where passengers can enjoy complimentary seat selection, alcoholic drinks, fast track security and access to a dedicated check-in desk. Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs to 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.

Air Transat offers passengers with a buy-on-board menu which consists of snacks, hot/cold beverages. All special meals can be requested 24 hours before departure by contacting the airline directly to know more about the options. Onboard Support
Air Transat provides assistance to passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check-in are provided by on-ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their needs. Expectant mothers, parents of unaccompanied children, differently-abled personals by directly contacting customer care. Passengers can cancel their booking either through Blue Air sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
